Brown Sugar Bourbon Scallops


  • 2 pounds sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
  • Kelchner’s Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade and Sauce
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Add 1 cup Kelchner’s Brown Sugar Bourbon and cayenne pepper to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sea scallops in marinade until browned and just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer scallops to a plate. Reduce any liquid remaining in pan to ¼ cup and drizzle over scallops before serving.
