Smoky Maple Chipotle Scallops

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
  • Kelchner’s Smoky Maple Chipotle Marinade and Sauce
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Add 1 cup Kelchner’s Smoky Maple Chipotle Marinade and Sauce and cayenne pepper to a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cook sea scallops in marinade until browned and just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

3. Transfer scallops to a plate.

4. Reduce any liquid remaining in pan to ¼ cup and drizzle over scallops before serving.
