Sriracha Ranch Chicken Nachos


  • 2 cups warm, shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Kelchner's Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz grated jalapeño jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 bags tortilla chips
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Optional - cilantro, tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, etc.


In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, sour cream, Kelchner's Sriracha Sauce, and all spices. Set aside.

Place 3/4 of the cheese in a small bowl and add milk. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until cheese is melted and milk is incorporated to make a cheese sauce.

Pour the tortilla chips onto a large serving plate. Add the chicken then drizzle the cheese sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the reserved shredded cheese and microwave for 30-60 sec. to melt the cheese.

For serving, stir together the sour cream and lime juice and drizzle over the top. Add any optional toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.
