Easy Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs large shrimp (16–20 count), peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil with lemon halves and salt

Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes until just pink and opaque

Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking

Drain and chill

Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter with lemon wedges

Serve with Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce!
