Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Kelchner Hot Horseradish Mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for balance)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl or jar, whisk together Kelchner Hot Horseradish Mustard, vinegar, and honey.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
