Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Kelchner Hot Horseradish Mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for balance)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl or jar, whisk together Kelchner Hot Horseradish Mustard, vinegar, and honey.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
