Zingy Seafood Nachos

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce
  • Shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Fresh lemon wedges

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan. 
  • Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese. 
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped cooked shrimp.
  • Drizzle with Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce.
  • Finish with sliced green onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
  • Serve immediately.
