New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board with Horseradish & Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz.)
- Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce
- Kelchner's Horseradish
- Cooked shrimp
- Smoked salmon slices (optional)
- Mini crab cakes or seafood bites (optional)
- Assorted crackers and crostini
- Sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes or carrots
- Thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
- Cubes of sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- Grapes or apple slices
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Directions
1. Place your brie clock in the center. On one side, set a small bowl of Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce surrounded by shrimp and seafood bites.
2. On the opposite side, set a small ramekin of Kelchner's Horseradish alongside smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and crackers.
3. Arrange meats, cheeses, and fruits around the board for pops of color.Prep Time 15 min | Total Time 25 min | Serves 6
