Cheesy Shrimp Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough 
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme) 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 10-12 cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped (small pieces) 
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce for dipping

Directions

1. Preheat oven: to 375°F. Grease or line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. 

2. On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 22-25 pieces, depending on how big you want your Christmas tree shape. 

3. Add shrimp and mozzarella inside, roll into small balls. 

4. Place the stuffed dough balls in a Christmas-tree shape on the prepared pan. 

5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning. 

6. Brush each knot with the garlic butter mixture. 

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. 

8. Brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle parsley on top. 

9. Serve with Kelchner's Cocktail Sauce for dipping.
