Mini Meatball Subs with Horseradish

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs 
  • 2 cups marinara sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish, or more to taste 
  • 12 slider buns or small sub rolls 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella 
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted 
  • Extra Parmesan and parsley, for garnish

Directions

1. Cook frozen meatballs per package

2. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce

3. Stir in Kelchner's Horseradish

4. Toss meatballs in the horseradish marinara until coated

5. Slice slider buns or rolls, place 2–3 meatballs inside each

6. Spoon extra sauce on top, sprinkle with mozzarella

7. Place the assembled subs in a baking dish. Brush bun tops with melted butter

8. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden

9. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving
