Roast Beef Wraps with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • Sliced roast beef (about 6 oz per wrap)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish
  • Lettuce (or baby greens)
  • Tomato slices
  • Tortilla wraps (or flatbreads)

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with Kelchner's Horseradish.

2. Spread sauce onto a wrap, then layer with roast beef, lettuce, and tomato.

3. Roll tightly, slice, and serve chilled. Repeat until desired number of wraps are made.
