Roast Beef Wraps with Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- Sliced roast beef (about 6 oz per wrap)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish
- Lettuce (or baby greens)
- Tomato slices
- Tortilla wraps (or flatbreads)
Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with Kelchner's Horseradish.2. Spread sauce onto a wrap, then layer with roast beef, lettuce, and tomato.
3. Roll tightly, slice, and serve chilled. Repeat until desired number of wraps are made.
