Turkey Burgers with Mustard Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Mustard Slaw

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix turkey burger ingredients (ground turkey, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper) and form patties. 

2. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through.

3. Mix slaw ingredients (shredded cabbage, mayo, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.

4. Serve burgers on buns with a scoop of slaw on top.
