Horseradish Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cubed 
  • 2 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, thyme) 

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix Kelchner's Horseradish with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. 

2. Toss chicken cubes in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours). 

3. Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
