Mustard-Herb Grilled Veggie Platter
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kelchner's Hot Mustard
- Salt, pepper, chopped fresh herbs (thyme, oregano)
Directions
1. Mix olive oil with Kelchner's Hot Mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper.2. Brush onto vegetables.
3. Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
