Grilled Shrimp with Hot Mustard Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Kelchner's Hot Mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Kelchner's Hot Mustard, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred.
4. Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or over a salad.
