Horseradish Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
1. Mix the parsley, cilantro, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, Kelchner's Horseradish, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Adjust olive oil until it’s as thick or thin as you like.2. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving so the flavors can come together. Brush over your favorite proteins.
3. Keep it in the fridge for up to a week—it gets better the longer it sits!
