Pineapple Teriyaki Ahi Tuna
- 1 lb. Ahi Tuna Steaks
- 1/2 cup Kelchner's Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- Optional: freshly chopped cilantro, green scallions, sesame seeds for garnish
Pour Kelchner's Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce over tuna steaks.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat grill to high and cook both sides for about 2 minutes.
Serve tuna with a pink center to avoid serving dry, tough steaks.
Let rest 5-10 minutes.
If desired, glaze with extra Kelchner's Pineapple and Teriyaki sauce.
Optional toppings: freshly chopped cilantro, green scallions, sesame seeds
