Shrimp Boil Kebabs


  • 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
  • baby red potatoes
  • smoked sausage
  • shrimp
  • corn cobs
  • Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce


1. Cut baby red potatoes, smoked sausage, and corn cobs into bite-size pieces (about 1-inch slices). 

2. In a small bowl, mix Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce and butter. Set aside.

3. In a microwavable dish, coat potatoes in melted butter and cover.  Microwave on HIGH until potatoes are tender (6-8 minutes). 

4. Skew shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn on 12-inch kebab sticks.

5. Brush Kelchner's Seafood Boil and butter mixture over kebabs. 

6. Grill over medium high heat, turning occasionally for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. 

7. Serve with extra Kelchner's Seafood Boil and enjoy!
