Steakhouse-Inspired Hibachi Salad with Kelchner's Yum Yum Sauce


  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 4 oz radishes (sliced)
  • 3 oz water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 3 green onions
  • 1-2 cups mixed salad greens
  • Kelchner's Yum Yum Dipping Sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 oz wasabi peas


1. Salt and pepper steaks to taste. Place steaks on grill over direct high heat.

2. Cook each side until dark brown or until they reach desired doneness. Once fully cooked, remove steaks from pan and let them rest for about 5 minutes.

3. While steak is resting, combine sliced radishes, mini cucmber, green onions, mixed salad greens, and water chestnuts in a bowl and mix together. 

4. Place the tossed salad onto a plate. Slice steak into thin strips against the grain and arrange them on top of the salad.

5. Drizzle desired amount of Kelchner's Yum Yum Dipping Sauce and sprinkle wasabi peas over top of salad.
