Hot Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders


For Slider:
  • 2 pounds of chicken
  • 12 slider buns of dinner rolls 
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 8 strips of bacon (cooked)
  • 12 slices of colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 head of lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
For Chicken Seasoning:
  • 2 tablespoons paprika (smoked or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
For Butter Glaze (optional):
  • 1/2 stick of softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic


1. In a small bowl, combine Kelchner's Hot Mustard and honey. Mix thoroughly.

2. Coat chicken in oil, then season with paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, oregano, and salt and pepper.

3. Add chicken to grill, cooking 3 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches desired doneness.

4. While chicken is grilling, slice sliders in half and place on a baking sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes until both halves are toasted.

5. Coat both halves of the slider with mayonnaise, then add chicken, colby jack cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, and lettuce to bottom half. Top with a dollap of Kelchner's Hot Mustard sauce before placing top half of bun on.

6. Optional: brush top of each slider with butter glaze before serving.
