Easy Tuna Patties


  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 teaspoons Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter


1. Drain liquid from tuna and add both cans to a bowl.

2. Add Kelchner's Hot Mustard, bread crumbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, chives, salt and pepper, and egg to bowl with tuna. Mix thoroughly.

3. Create 4 equal sized patties with mixture.

4. Add olive oil and butter to skillet on medium-high heat.

5. Place tuna patties in pan and cook each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

6. Serve on a bun with extra Kelchner's Hot Mustard if desired.
