Sushi Bake


  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 16 ounces crab meat
  • ½ cup Kelchner's Yum Yum Dipping Sauce
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Kelchner's Spicy Sriracha Sauce
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cooked rice in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

2. Top with nori sheets to cover rice.

3. In a medium bowl combine crab meat, Kelchner's Yum Yum Dipping Sauce, Cream Cheese, and Kelchner's Spicy Sriracha Sauce.

4. Place crab mixture on top of nori in an even layer.

5. Place baking dish in oven for 10 minutes. Then turn to broil for an additional 3 minutes.

6. Drizzle additional Kelchner's Yum Yum Dipping Sauce and Spicy Sriracha Sauce on top. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
