Yum Yum Potato Salad


  • 6 yukon gold potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs diced
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 5 green onion sliced thin
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • 1 bottle of Kelchner Yum Yum Dipping Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Boil the peeled diced potatoes until fork tender, 20 minutes.

2. Boil the eggs until they are hard boiled, 10 minutes. Peel and dice.

3. Once eggs and potatoes have cooled add them to a bowl with crab meat, thinly sliced green onion, and kimchi.

4. Add desired amount of Kelchner Yum Yum Dipping Sauce to well coat the mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
