Seafood Boil Hot Pot


  • 6 cups chicken broth or seafood stock
  • 2 bottles Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce
  • 8 red potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 4 ears of corn cut into quarters
  • 2 pounds frozen seafood mix
  • 1 pound andouille sausage cut into bit sized pieces


1. Place the stock and Kelchner's Seafood Boil Marinade and Sauce into a large pot, bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes.

2. Arrange potatoes, corn, seafood mix, and sausage on a large platter. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

3. Set a Mongolian hot pot, fondue pot or electric wok in the center of the table. Arrange the platter around the pot.

4. Carefully add broth to the pot and adjust heat to a simmer.

5. Guests will use fondue forks to cook their food until desired doneness.
