Horseradish Bacon Cheese Ball
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar (about 8 oz.)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Kelchner's Horseradish
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper</p
In a food processor blend the cream cheese, Kelchner's Horseradish and salt and pepper to taste, until blended. Next, using a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap shape cheese mixture into a ball.
Chill cheese ball until firm, about two hours. Take a piece of parchment paper (12" x 12") and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bacon. Finally, roll cream cheese mixture into cheddar cheese and bacon.
Place on a platter and serve.
