Maple Meatball Skewers


  • 2 (14oz) bags of precooked original meatballs
  • 1 bottle Kelchner's Smoky Maple Chipotle Marinade
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks
  • 1 green pepper cut into chunks


1. Cut red onion, green pepper, and pineapple into large chunks.

2. Defrost frozen meatballs.

3. Skewer meatballs, green pepper, red onion, and pineapple in desired order

4. Brush with Kelchners Smoky Maple Chipotle Marinade

5. Grill on medium heat until vegetables are soft, meatballs are heated through and pineapple is browned. Brush with Kelchner's Smoky Maple Chipotle Marinade every time the skewers are flipped.
