Horseradish Juicy Lucy


  • 1 ½ pounds of ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish
  • 8 slices American cheese


1. Mix the ground beef, Kelchner's Horseradish, salt, and pepper.

2. Flatten into 8 thin patties.

3. Fold two slices of American cheese so that it fits in the middle of one patty.

4. Place a patty on top of the one with cheese. Press edges together to form a seal.

5. Grill to desired doneness.

6. Top with Kelchner's Hot Mustard and enjoy!
