Avocado Dip with Horseradish


  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 2 ripe, medium sized avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 3 T. lime juice
  • 2 T. Kelchner’s horse-radish
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. salt


Blend ingredients. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips, bread sticks, crackers, vegetables, or shrimp.
