Historical Sour Cream Raisin Sauce


  • ½ cup light or dark raisins
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons Kelchner's 
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice


1. Pour hot water over raisins and let stand five minutes.

2. Drain on absorbent paper.

3. Combine with remaining ingredients.

4. Serve with ham.
