Historical Sour Cream Raisin Sauce
- ½ cup light or dark raisins
- 1 pint sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons Kelchner's
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions1. Pour hot water over raisins and let stand five minutes.
2. Drain on absorbent paper.
3. Combine with remaining ingredients.
4. Serve with ham.
