Historical Horseradish Ham Sauce


  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons Kelchner's 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


1. Whip cream; fold in ingredients.

2. Thick sour cream may be substituted for sweet cream.

3. Excellent for ham and cold meats.
