Historical Horseradish Ham Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons Kelchner's
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Whip cream; fold in ingredients.2. Thick sour cream may be substituted for sweet cream.
3. Excellent for ham and cold meats.
