Historical Stuffed Celery


  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons Kelchner's Horseradish
  • Paprika (to taste)


1. Cut stalks into thirds.

2. Combine avocado and Kelchner's Horseradish. Mix thoroughly.

3. Fill stalks with the mixture.

4. Sprinkle with paprika.

5. Chill before serving.
