Historical Beet Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beets (chopped or julienne, home-cooked or canned}
  • 1 cup Kelchner's Horseradish
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vinegar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients together.

2. Cover and let sit overnight.

Serves: 10 | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 24 hours & 5 minutes
