Roasted Asparagus


  • 12 ounces asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Kelchner's Hot Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, and lemon juice.

3. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
