Bistro Sauce


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBLS Kelchner Hot Mustard
  • 3 TBLS sugar
  • 1 TBLS Worcestershire
  • 2 TBLS pickle relish
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika 
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder


Whisk all ingredients to thoroughly mix. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow time for dry spices to hydrate. Use on burgers and sandwiches or as a fry sauce. Keep refrigerated.
