Gin & Cranberry Horseradish Mule


  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 teaspoon Kelchner Horseradish
  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • 5 oz ginger beer


1. Fill a copper mule mug to the rim with ice.

2. Spoon the horseradish into the mug and pour the gin, cranberry juice, and ginger beer over ice.

3. Stir with a bar spoon until the copper mug begins to sweat.

4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, lime wedges, and fresh cranberries.
