Lemon Dill Marinated Kababs


  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups Kelchner's Lemon Dill Marinade
  • Garnish with fresh parsley


Cut chicken thighs into 1 ½ inch cubes and marinate in the Kelchner Lemon Dill Marinade for 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Cut zucchini into ½ inch slices, dice onion and bell peppers into 1 ½ inch pieces. Layer the kababs with marinated chicken and vegetables. Grill at medium high until internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees F and garnish with chopped parsley.
