Tahini Horseradish Sauce


  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Tahini Paste
  • 3 tbsp Kelchner's Horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp crushed Red Pepper
  • salt to taste


In a blender, combine Kelchner's Horseradish with all other ingredients. Blend well to emulsify.

Pour into a serving bowl alongside veggies & pita bread. Also great with beef & chicken dishes. Enjoy!
