Horseradish Avocado Toast
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Juice from 1/2 Lime or Lemon
- 1 tbsp Kelchnner's Horseradish
- Salt to taste
- 2 slices Bread of choice
- Veggie suggestions for toppings: Tomato, Micro Greens, Onion, Bacon, Egg, Salmon, Chives, Cheese Crumbles, Pico de Gallo, etc.
- Equipment needed: food processor
In a food processor, add avocado, lime or lemon juice, Kelchner's Horseradish and salt. Pulse until desired texture is achieved.
Toast 2 slices of your favorite bread. Spread horseradish avocado mixture on toast. Add thin slices of your favorite veggies on top, such as tomato & micro greens. (see our list for suggestions!)
