Shrimp Broccoli Rice
- 12 oz package of shrimp
- 1 bottle Kelchner's Shrimp Scampi Sauce
- 2 cups rice
- 2 teaspoons asian seasoning
- 1 head broccoli, freshly chopped
- 3 carrot sticks (pealed and julienned)
DirectionsCook shrimp on the stovetop according to package. When done, keep on low and mix in Kelchner's Sgrimp Scampi sauce.
Cook 2 cups rice according to packing. Add asian seasoning to water while you cook the rice.
In a medium pan fill with water. Add broccoli and carrots and allow to come to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
When rice is done stir in vegetables and shrimp, serving warm. Enjoy!
