Shrimp Broccoli Rice


  • 12 oz package of shrimp
  • 1 bottle Kelchner's Shrimp Scampi Sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 teaspoons asian seasoning
  • salt
  • 1 head broccoli, freshly chopped
  • 3 carrot sticks (pealed and julienned)


Cook shrimp on the stovetop according to package. When done, keep on low and mix in Kelchner's Sgrimp Scampi sauce.

Cook 2 cups rice according to packing. Add asian seasoning to water while you cook the rice.

In a medium pan fill with water. Add broccoli and carrots and allow to come to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain.

When rice is done stir in vegetables and shrimp, serving warm. Enjoy!
