Spicy Tuna Melt


  • 2 pinches dried parsley


Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add in onions and celery and season with kosher salt. Cook and stir until tender, roughly 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, stir tuna, Kelchner's Hot Mustard, mayonnaise and the sauteed oinions and celery. Season with cayenne, blackened sesasoning, parsley, and hot pepper sauce. Spoon onto half of the bread slices. Top each one with a slice of pepperjack cheese and then remaining bread slices.

Spread butter onto the outsides of the the sandwich. Fry in skillet over medium heat until bread is crisp and the cheese has melted.
