Jalapeno Cilantro Lime Fish Tacos


  • 1 pound white fish such as tilapia, cod, etc., seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Kelchner’s Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce
  • 8 (4 inch) corn tortilla 
  • Suggested toppings: Pico de Gallo, cabbage, avocado, jalapeno, green onion, cilantro


Grill the fish over medium-high heat until cooked, about 4-6 minutes per side. The fish will be cooked when it flakes easily and it is no longer translucent. Flake the fish and serve in tortillas. Pour Kelchner’s Jalapeño Cilantro Lime on top of each taco. Garnish with your favorite toppings, suggestions provided.
