Sassy Hamburgers
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg white
2 t. catsup
1 T. Kelchner’s Horseradish Sauce
2 t. Kelchner’s Hot Mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into patties. Grill on a medium hot grill.
