Egg Salad

Ingredients:

4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 T. Kelchner’s Hot Mustard
1 t. minced onion

Directions:

Mix hard boiled eggs, minced onion, dressing, and mustard. Serve on toast or crackers.
