Avocado Dip with Horseradish

Ingredients:

1 C. sour cream
2 ripe, medium sized avocados, peeled and pitted
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. Kelchner’s horse-radish
1 T. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt

Directions:

Blend ingredients. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips, bread sticks, crackers, vegetables, or shrimp
